Term contract work complete items of work all sections included in the MES SSR-2009 Part-l (Specifications) and SSR-2020 Part-ll (Rates) hereafter referred to be the MES Schedule including errata/amendments as applicable and as specified in the tender documents.\nNotes :-\n(i) Entries (Figures/ works) under column 6 is the estimated cost of work. This format is being used to accommodate quoting of Term Contract.\n(ii) Numerical figure of percentage quoted shall only be given cognizance for acceptance in terms of contract condition.\n(iii) Estimated amount shown in NIT and in column 6 is fixed and inclusive of SSR amount enhanced by contractor's quoted percentage.\n
