    Annual Maintenance Of Computers/ Printers Of Ge Dipatoli , ( A ) Annual Maint Contract For Computers/Printers Of Varied Configuration & Make And Nos As Under For One Year: ( I ) Pc , Make Hp/Lg - 12 Nos . ( Ii ) Pc , Make Acer - 10 Nos ( Iii ) Printer , Make Hp- 14 Nos . Note : The Above Amc Do Not Include Any Hardware & Consumable Required For Maint Above Rs 200/- ( B ) Installation One Time Genuine Antivirus Software Make -Quick Heal Total Security For One Year To 22 Nos Of Computers Of Existing Sofware And Updated Time To Time . ( C ) All Minor Spares Like Bios , Carriage , Bush , Switch , Cable Etc . Shall Be Provided By Supplier Without Charges Any Cost ( Less Than Rs 200/- ) . Consignee Instructions:- ( I ) . The Subject Work Will Be Carried Out At Ge Dipatoli . ( Ii ) Service Engineer/Rep Of Firm Will Visit Three Days In A Week , To This Office , For Checking/Servicing Of Computers . In Addition To It , In Case Of Any Emergent Requirement , The Rep Shall Visit On Same Day . ( Iii ) In Case Of Not Attainding The Complaint Regarding Computers/Printer Withing 24 Hrs A Sum Of Rs 250/- Per Day For Computr & Rs 150 Per Day For Printer Will Be Deducted From The Payment . ( Iv ) In Case Of Unsatisfactory Services , The Contract Shall Be Liable For Cancellation With 02 Week Notice In Advance , By The Department & The Firm Shall Have No Right What So Ever In This Regard . ( V ) Servicing Of Each Equipment Will Be Carried Out Once In A Month , Irrespective Of Whether Complaints Received Or Not . ( Vi ) Records Of All Entires Shall Be Entered By The Contractors Rep In The Register Kept With Custodian . The Same Will Be Monitored By Bso Dipatoli . ( Vii ) Payments Will Be Made On Quarterly Basis .
