Full Details And Tender Document Are Available In Bank’S Website Www.Indianbank.In Or Can Be Obtained From Zonal Office Gonda. 1 FULL HEIGHT GLAZED & UNGLAZED PARTITION (HT -8-6) Glazed Partition(upto false ceiling height only considered and above necessary ceiling supports to be provided) with Anodized Aluminium frame work, heavy sections (2mm thickness) of 2x1.5 section, spacing of 20x20 on bothsides and covered with 9mm thick BWR plywood (Green & Century finished with 1mm thick laminate of skriting & borders on both sides.Above 10/26/30 height partition,fixed with 8.0 mm bevelled glass with 3m sticker works door and teak wood beading with duco paint. Clear glass shall be finished with frosted film sticking over the glass of approved pattern and design. Rate to include providing cutouts and provisions to run electrical conduits, switches, etc.. Cost include wastages, transports, loading, unloading charges, labours, materials, tools, lead, lift and etc.Complete as per drawings and instructions of the Architect. The job shall also include for provision of laying conduits, switch boxes etc. The erection of partition shall include for expansion bolts cleats, clamps bolts, nuts, screws, rivets and other accessories, all complete up to the satisfaction of the Architect. All door opening shall have rebated teak wood framework (size 75mm x 50mm, as per profile) on vertical (2 Nos.) and horizontal (1 No.) sides, with melamine finish and rebate of 40mm x 12mm, all complete up to the satisfaction of the Architect. the partition and doors shall have hinges floor springs/sliding arrangement/hydraulic door closer, mortise locks (Godrej make all), etc. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, T&P, wastages, etc. required for proper completion of work, all complete to thesatisfaction of the Architect. For unglazed partitions, no glazing to be given in partition/doors & other specifications as above . 2 UPS Partition with Bisom board ht. 4-6 rest specification as per as above partition. 3 Low Height Partition. Glass to be etched Same specification as in 1 but P/F half height partition of height 4-6 with wooden laminate till 3-0 and 1-6 height 12 mm thick glass secured with D brackets including all hardware necessary with the same specs. as above. 4 Cash Cabin Partition Providing and fixing in position 7-7 high partly glazed partition for Cash Cabins as per drawing nos. (2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D & 2-E) including door drawing no.(12) in frame work at 2 x 2 grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2” x 1 .5 TW/ HW. Section and/ or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 6mm plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour as shown in drawing. The door will be provided with TW/HW. louvers finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour. The doors are also to be provided with Godrej Night Latch. Two wooden trays are also to be provided as per drawing. Necessary cutouts are to provided in the glass and the edges of the glass cutouts are to be finished in mirror polish. All exposed TW. surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all Necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings/ hardware, door closers, Godrej locks and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant/ Bank complete in all respects. 5 Aluminium Jali on Cash Cabin Top Providing and fixing of aluminium grill with square size 75mm 75mm - 8mm, on top of the cash cabins etc. The grill shall be tightly stretched and nailed to a wooden frame work, made out of 50mm x 40mm teak/hard wood (with anti-termite) members at 750mm c/c approx. both ways or as per site conditions. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, T&P, wastages, etc. required for proper completion of work, all complete to the satisfaction of the Bank. 6 Glass Barrier Providing & fixing 12 m.m. glass in front of cash cabin and front counters with brass clamps including cut out for passing currency as/details.The edges of the glass to be machine polished. 7 Front office counter :- Providing and fixing in position front office counter 2-6 wide as per drawing no. (1-A,1-B,1-C,1-D & 15) comprising of the following complete in all respect :- i) Working top made with 19 mm thick plywood/ commercial board finished with 1 mm thick laminate. Outside Edge of the working top shall be provided with 1 1/4 X 1 Teak wood moulding finished with melamine polish. Inside edge will be provided with 1/2 X 1 T.W. beading patti with melamine finish. ii) Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18 mm thick plywood/ commercial board finished with 1 mm thick laminate with 1 mm thick Groove at the joint of laminates of two different shades iii) Vertical drop (horizantal band) shall be provided on the facia below the working top made with 18 mm thick plywood/ commercial board finished with 1 mm thick laminate wiyh provision for concealed light, 1 mm thick groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of laminate. iv) Glazed partition above working top to be provided with 12 mm thick clear glass cut to the standard shape fixed to partition as per fixing detail and to boxing with concealed S.S finished D brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in mirror polish. v) 3-10 high boxing (10 x 10) made with 18 mm thick plywood/ commercial board finished with 1 mm thick laminate including Providing and fixing 6 mm thick square frosted glass at a height 3 -2 above finished floor level vi) Glazed partition having height 1-0 above the transaction top (in facia ) shall be provided with 12mm thick glass (clear) with cut out 8 X 4 as per drawing. The edge of cut out and the top edge of glass are to be mirror polished and to be fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed S.S. finished D brackets as shown in glass (Clear) above the slit to be fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed S. S. finished D brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges shall be finished in mirror polish vii) Vertical supports made with 18 mm thick plywood/ commercial board finished with white enamel paint. viii) 7 -7 high Boxing (10 X 10) made with 18 mm thick plywood/ commercial board as per drawing with 1 -6 horizontal extension at the top including providing & fixing 6mm thick square frosted glass at the height of 5 -11 above Finished Floor Level. ix) 1-9 high boxing (5 x 5) made with 12 mm thick plywood finished with 1 mm thick laminate. x) Telescopic CPU stand/ readymade keyboard tray shall be provided of approved model and make. xi)Footrest made with T.W members of size 4 X 1.5 finished with french polish. xii) Drawer unit as per drawing shall be provided with multipurpose godrej locks in Each Drawer. Facia of drawer unit shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate and all other sides shall be finished with white enamel paint. The drawer shall be provided with handles (Stainless Steel finish) and Channels as per approval of the project Consultant/ bank. xi) Boxing as per drawing made with 12 mm thick plywood finished with Synthetic enamel paint shall be provided below the table top for electrical conduiting and at the bottom for the Lan Cabling /telephone wire Conduiting. The item to include all necessary hardware and fitting in stainless steel finish, lipping to all edges and making provision only for electrical fitting behind the front. Vertical drop and also in the 10 X 10 boxing as shown in the drawing. Necessary beadings with melamine polish for fixing the glass are to be provided. Cash Counters Providing and fixing in position cash counter 2 -9 wide as per drawing no. ( 2-A , 2-B , 2-C , 2 -D, 2 -E, 2 - F ) comprising of the following: i) Working top made with 19 mm thick plywood/ commercial board with 19mm black grenite finished and other portion 1 mm thick laminate. Outside Edge of the working top shall be provided with 1 1/4 X 1 Teak wood moulding finished with melamine polish.inside edge will be provided with 1/2 X1 T.W. beading patti with melamine polish. iii) Vertical drop (horizontal band ) shall be provided below the working top made with 19 mm thick plywood/ commercial board finished with 1 mm thick laminate provision for concealed light, 1 mm thick groove shall provided at the joint of two different shades of laminate. iv) Glazed partition of 1 -4 height above working top provided with 12 mm thick toughened and frosted glass beside transparent film from inside fixed to partition as per fixing and to boxing with concealed S.S finished in mirror polish. v) Transaction top shall be provided with 12mm thick toughened glass (partly glazed partly frosted) fixed horizontally concealed stainless steel D bracket. Supplying and fixing in position 32 mm thick solid core pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded flush door fininshed 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved shade and quality sides of the door shutter & beading on edges including hardware fitting e.g.-Godrej night latch/ mortise lock, door closure, handles etc. of approved make and quality making provision of peep hole of suaitable size with beading all- round all as directed .( Cash/Store/Other doors) 10 Supplying and fixing in position 32 mm thick solid core hot pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded partly glazed flush door shuter of approved make finished up to 900 mm from floor level with 1.00 mm thick laminate of approved quality on both sides of the door shutter & beading on edge .The ppper portion of the Shutter is to be Provided with 12 mm thick clear float glass fixed with white or steam beach wood glazing beads of approved design, complete as per drawing. Rate to include cost of hardware fittings e.g.-mortise lock, hinges, handles, door closer etc. of approved make and quality.( Manager cabin door) 11 FLAP DOOR- Providing and fixing Door of min. size: 3(B)X 2-6(H) Made of block board with approved lamination on both side, required size with hinges/tower bolts/stopper/handles etc complete 12 ENTRANCE DOOR(WITH ETCHING, HT.-8 & GLASS - 12mm THICK) Providing fabricating & fixing in position twin - style door at Main Entrance made of anodized/powder coated Aluminium sections of size 100 mm height X 50 mm thick aluminium bottom rail, 100mm X 50mm thick vertical and top rail 100 mm X 50mm thick lock rail floor spring of ISI make, clip sections ans 12mm thick glass( Modi/Saint Gobain make ) including fixing the frame to brick wall/RCC/wooden surfaces with necessary fasteners to have proper fixity including all incidentals etc complete . Every table shall be provided with a side unit(size-W-500mm,H-750mm,D-500mm approx.),consisting of 150 mm deep drawer at top and a cabinet with open able/hinged shutter below. The job shall include for 6mm x 6mm grooves in between sides and open able drawers and hinged shutters. All the exposed edges of Premium Board (Green /Century) and ply shall be provided with 6mm thick teak wood/hard wood lipping. All teak wood surfaces shall be melamine polished and other internal surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel over one coat of primer, all complete to the satisfaction of the Architect. Every table top shall be provided with 10 mm thick float glass (as per profile) with polished and beveled (25mm wide) edges all complete to the satisfaction of the Architect B Officer Table size 5-6x 3-0x 2-6 With Side Table & 12 mm Thick Glass SPECIFICATION AS PER MANAGER TABLE( PART -A) 14 Writing Table & Brochure Holder Providing and fixing in position (with rear wall) slip and customer writing desk (as per design) of overallsize-1200 mm x 450 mm x 300 mm. The fixing shall include for expansion bolts, cleats, clamps, bolts,nuts,screws,rivets and other anodized accessories, all complete up to the satisfaction of the Architect. The writing top and facia/sides shall be made out of 19mm thick Premium Board (Green /Century) with 1mm thick laminate (as per shade approved by the architect), on all sides and . It shall be laid over the base of 19mm thick Premium Board (Green /Century) (already considered in various items.) and fixed with araldite. It shall include for beveling and polishing at all the exposed edges. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, wastages, polishing and T& P etc. It shall be made out of 12mm thick Premium Board (Green /Century) plywood (two surfaces of 6mm thickness, fixed together, where required) on rear and both sides. The front shall be made out of 12mm thick glass (as per profile). It shall be fixed in the grooves, made in side members, in an inclined manner (as per profile in drawing enclosed) with a gap of 75mm (max.) in between. The space shall be further divided in four equal parts with help of 12mm thick Premium Board (Green /Century). All edges of the glass shall be polished.All the exposed edges of water proof board and plywood shall be provided with 6mm thick teak wood/hard wood lipping. All teak wood surfaces shall be melamine polished and other internal surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel over one coat of primer, all complete to the satisfaction of the Architect 15 Complaint & Suggestion Box & Cheque Drop Box Providing and fixing in position complaints/suggestion box (as per design) with hinged shutter of size - 450mm x 600mm x 150mm made out of 19mm thick water proof board with 1mm thick laminate (as per shade approved by the architect) on all exposed surfaces. It shall have 6mm thick water proof plywood on the back. The hinged shutter shall be made out of teakwood (section - 25mm x 50mm) framework, with 4mm thick float glass, fixed with teakwood (size - 12mm x 12mm) beading. The unit shall have cam locks, handles, spring hinges, magnetic catchers etc. of approved make. All the exposed edges of water proof board or ply shall be provided with 6mm thick teak wood/hard wood lipping. All teak wood surfaces shall be melamine polished and other internal surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel over one coat of primer, all complete to the satisfaction of the Architect. 16 Notice Board Providing and fixing in position notice board (as per design) of size-900 mm x 600 mm x 150 mm. It shall also have 19mm wide two track aluminium channel for sliding arrangement, all around, along with locking arrangement.board (Make – Cellotex or equivalent) wrapped with stretched blazer cloth (Make- Raymonds), of Rs. 200.00 per Mt. (approx.) in colour and pattern approved by the Architect. It shall be fixed with help of kail/partal wood (sect. 19mm x 25mm) frame work. It shall be covered with 6mm thick Premium ply (Green /Century), on the back. All the exposed edges of water proof board and ply shall be provided with 6mm thick teak wood/hard wood lipping. All teak wood surfaces shall be melamine polished and other internal surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel over one coat of primer, all complete to the satisfaction of the Architect
