Carrying and preparing detail environmental studies for Bramhagavan Lift Irrigation Scheme (Part I and II) Taluka- Paithan Dist.-Aurangabad, includingprepararing proposal for environment clearance in all respect , on line and offlinesubmission of the proposal, scrutiny of the proposal at different concern offices,arranging necessarymeetings at different concern levels,getting inprincipal approval ie obtainingTOR from MOEF or State level committee as the case may be.2.Compliance of all points in the TOR, collection of project data, baseline data as per guidelines given by MOEF & CC, scrutinising and analysing environmental data including all other necessary activities.Carrying and Preparaing activities for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) , Environmental Management Plan (EMP), preparation and presentation of public hearing by consultation with MPCB and concerned officies, Preparation of final EIA/EMP reports, submission & presentation to EAC/MOEF and obtaining final environmental clearance to Bramhagavan Lift Irrigation Scheme (Part I and II)Taluka- Paithan Dist.-Aurangabad from competent authority. 3. The bidder should consider the bird sanctuary area and shall decide whether wild life clearance is required or not and should quote considering this situation
