Zonal works for execution of (a) New works, addition and alteration to the existing structures, special Repair works and supply of building materials subject to the costing of each such works not exceeding Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakh) and (b) all ordinary repairs and maintenance works and conveyance of materials for the period 2 (two) years i.e 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2022 and 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2023 in South Complex of Garden Reach settlement, S.E. Railway including Koilaghat and other City Booking Offices within Kolkata area under the control of SSE/W/South/GRC, S.E.Railway, Garden Reach.
