The job includes complete disassembling of the compressor, disconnection of all oil pipe connections and draining out of hydraulic oil from the Air Compressor. Removing of Air suction end/screw elements and taking it to the service centre in a mechanical transport outside the UT of J&K. The job includes complete servicing of the air suction end/screw element including its disassembling, replacement of bearings, lip seal with new ones and assembling it back. The job further includes shifting of Air suction end/screw element to the site and installing the same on the Air Compressor. The job also includes removing of the radiator assembly from the compressor after removing shield of the compressor with the help of tools and tackles. Shifting of the radiator assembly to the service station in mechanical transport for servicing/washing of radiator with the help of distilled water/mist water spray and special cleaning chemical.The job further includes drying of the same with the help of forced air and arresting the leakages of radiator with the help of brazing. The job further includes shifting of radiator to site and installing the same on the air compressor, connecting all the mechanical items and fitting back the same. The job further includes providing and fitting of 4000 hrs service kit consistying of air filter, oil seperator, oil filter and suction foams in place of old damaged ones. The job includes assembling back of the compressor after replacement of the filters and servicing kit thereof. The job further includes arrangement of consumable items, labour, to and fro transportatuion charges, tools and tackles etc required for carrying out the job. The job includes testing of the compressor on full load. The also includes carrying out any other work/item not mentioned above but necessary for servicing and proper functioning of the compressor. | 1 | Job | |
