Operation and Maintenance of Central Air Conditioning System Including Clean Room Facilities and Maintenance of other A/C Unit of INMAS at Timarpur, Delhi as per list of Assets attached at ANNEXURE-II and all as per terms & conditions attached.\n\nNote:\n\n(a) The contractor has to quote their overheads, profit, service charges, Tool & tickles and any other taxes/ charges etc. which are not covered under estimated cost.\n\n(b) The reate quoted shall exclude EPF & ESI contribution by Contractor. However, contractor shall mandatorily contrubute EPF & ESI each month as, these are statutory provisions and the same shall be reimbursed to contractor along with bill on providing proof of contrubution.
