| 1 | Fuel Tanks: The fuel tanks to be constructed as per the drawings provided at Annexure-A. The firm needs to adhere to the materials specified in the drawings. The tank to be tested for pressure of 3 bar or as advised by Class prior to dispatch of the tanks and certificate of the same (3 Original copy with photos of the pressure test) to be supplied. On receipt of the tanks at GSL, the pressure test has to be conducted in presence of the Class and in case of any modification/correction required same to be rectified immediately free of cost. The firm need to arrange the pressure test set up at GSL. The fees of Class inspection will be borne by GSL. The tank to be supplied along with end fittings like nozzle, coupler for fitment of valve etc. In addition to this, the fuel tank also to be fitted with fuel kit being sourced by GSL separately for which the details will be provided to successful bidder. The tank lid to be provided with gasket suitable for minus 20 to +45 Deg C. \nSr. No 13-19 of BOM of tank is in GSL scope. However the fabricator has to provide necessary seating for the items coming on the tank as per TA no. 15/GES/IA/12PB/Tanks dt. 10.05.2021.\n\n | Item 1 | 1 | SET |
