3Carryout removal of inlet pigtails, outlet pigtails, lagging box and dismantling associate component, loading, unloading and carting away dismantled material shifting to Owner’s store or as desired by Owner. Cleaning all debris and making area clear. Working at all the height and elevation with all types of labour, tools and tackles, consumables, scaffolding etc and completing the work as per drawing/ specification. Rate to include for necessary dismantling of structures, sheets, pavement removal, instrument removal and all other necessary removal as per scheme finalized and re-erection of all removed items.
4Removal of tube tensioning device (for all 42 tubestotal system) and keeping the same at the safe location without disturbing the exisiting structures, piping etc.
5Removal of alloy steel short inlet pigtails (42 pigtails X 2 joints = 84 joints)(And all support as necessary from reformer tube and headers. Cutting by grinding at both the end, making sockolets of header clean for inserting pigtail)
6Removal of outlet pigtail (Incolloy-800) cutting by grinding both end, removal of pigtails support, cleaning of sockolet on both the end and making ready for insertion of pigtails and cutting away the pigtails (42 pigtails X 2 joints = 84 joints)
7Installation
8Transportation of new reformer tubes from Owner"s stores in very safe manner. Loading & unloading of tubes and associated equipments to the work site. Erection of tubes & assembly, sub assembly of its associated equipment. Carryout NDT, DP, SR, Pneumatic testing, flushing, cleaning etc. with all the necessary material tools and tackles and the requisite labour (skilled, unskilled),temporary supports for tubes, all types of consumables, scaffolding at all the elevation, cleaning site from debris, carryout pneumatic testing of system/loop along with associated equipment arranging necessary nitrogen for pressure/pneumatic testing, complete with reformer tubes flanges, gaskets, catalyst grid and alignment, support stool removal/re-erection, bolting as required (110mm ID X 14848mm Approx. long HP-40 modified 25Cr-35Ni-Nb-Ti)
9Re-installation of short inlet pigtail (42 pigtails X 2 joints = 84 joints)Installation of (A.S.) A338 P11) inlet pigtail (short) fit up and alignment supporting and welding header (AS A335 P11) and reformer tube (AS A182 F11) by TIG (GTAW) welding carryout the DP Checks on root, intermediate and final weld & completing the pneumatic test (with system test) including necessary removal and re-fixing of headers, supports and welding etc. as per drawing/spec.
10Re-installation of outlet pigtail (SB-407-UNS-8811) Incolloy-800HT 42.164MM (42 pigtails X 2 joints = 84 joints) OD installation, alignment & supporting of outlet pigtails (fit up & weld ref.spec M-35-953/1) and welding one end to reformer tube and other to outlet header (In-colloy 800) by TIG(GTAW) process. Carryout DP checks on root intermediate and final weld, radiography examination of all weld joint before & after welding and conducting the pneumatic testing (with system test) and completing the work in all respect as per drawing/spec. (42 X 2 = 84 joints)
11Fabrication & installation of structural part from new plate/steel (in place of old damaged structure) including welding of anchors, painting etc.
12Tube tensioning device. Installation of tube tensioning device (total system for 42nos. tubes) including rope reeving, clamping, adding additional counter weight as per the drawing & specification and completing the work as per the instruction of Owner. Stiffening of tube tensioning device, casting plates and shifting of counter weights to required place
