Sweeping , Cleaning , Pump Operation ( 2 Nos . ) And Up-Keeping Of The Entire Campus Of Purta Bhawan , Purba Bardhaman During The Financial Year 2021-2022 For The Period Of 12 ( Twelve ) Months . , supply of labour for sweeping , cleaning of all floor , open space , common space and compound and disinfecting of all the toilets and w . c . with all necessary cleaning materials and equipments such as detergent powder , bleaching powder , muratic acid/harpic etc . and mopper , wipper etc . including disposal of refuses to the outside of the compound as per following process . ( a ) daily ( including saturdays but excluding sunday and holidays ) :-sweeping , cleaning and disinfecting of toilets blocks at each floor and dusting to sanitary items of floor areas etc . ( a ) toilet blocks ground floors to 7th floor . ( b ) sweeping , cleaning , all floors excluding toilet blocks but including stair-case , head room , other areas . ( c ) removal of waste materials to the outside the campus i . e . from garage , canteen and toilet zone in all respect . d ) pump operation from 6 . 00 a , m to 6 . 00 p . m on all working days ( b ) weekly disinfecting , washing with soap/detergent water . ( a ) staircase , head room . ( b ) in all floor areas from ground floor to 7th floor . ( c ) cleaning mirror and shelves at each toilet block with washing powder . ( d ) compound area sweeping . ( e ) disinfecting compound , drain side , pits and yard gully by bleaching powder . ( f ) weekly cleaning of attached toilet of all offices . ( c ) monthly works ( a ) acid cleaning of porcelain sanitary ware in all toilet ( blocks and other with muriatic acid/harpic ) . ( b ) removing , cleaning of soots including greasy soots from ceiling and partition doors , windows , fan lights from basement floor to top floor . un-skilled labour ( i ) 12 nos x 26 days = 312 nos ( ii ) 1 nos x 30 days = 30 nos total :- 342 nos . , supplying of all necessary materials required for sweeping & cleaning . all materials and equipments for the cleaning and disinfecting purpose like harpic , bleaching powder , detergent powder , napthalin ( bengal chemical ) , colin glass cleaner , citronella , lizol/phenyl , wiper , broom , mopper , biodegradable polythene bags etc . as required have to be submitted by the agency to the concern a . e . and the same will be issued in regular basis as required to the agency . . ( for the period of 12 ( twelve ) months .
