Conductor, 11 kv XLPE cable, AB cable, Stay Rod, Earthing Road, GI wire and other line material. 3 Carriage of 250/400 KVA Transformer from ESC Harsari to work site Including the work of proper placement of Transformer on Plinth. 4 Carriage of 25/63/100 KVA Transformer from ESC Hasari to work site Including the work of proper placement of Transformer on Plinth. 5 Construction of 11/.04/10/25/63/100 kva Sub-station complete with fixing of earthing rod complete and all required accessories. Including the work of painting of 11 Mtr long STP with red oxide/ silver oxide paint & drilling of hole on top channel, t-off, dropper channel, base angle and other accessories with the work of making of pole plinth & number marking of newly erected pole by yellow and black paint including the work of its carriage. (For LT, METERING SYSTEM) 6 Erection and Grouting Of Doble Pole Structure With Fixing Of Earthing Rod Complete And All Required Accessories. Including the Work of Painting Of 11 Kv 11 Mtr. Long STP With Red Oxide/ Silver Oxide Paint & Drilling of Hole on Top Channel, T-Off, Dropper Channel and Other Accessories With The Work Of Making Of Pole Plinth & Number Marking Of Newly Erected Pole By Yellow And Black Paint Including The Work of its Carriage.(FOR 11KV METERING SYSTEM/SECTIONNAL DOBLE POLE) 7 Carriage Of 11 Kv Metering Cubical 10/5A,15/5A,20/5A And Above From Esc Hasari To Different Consumer Work Site.Including the Work Of Installation & Grouting Of 11 Kv Metering Cubical 10/5A, 15/5A, 20/5A And Above To Different Consumer Work Site And Connecting The Cable Through Metering Cubical And Double Pole.(FOR 11 KV METERING SYSTEM) 8 Etraction and grouting of 11/9mtr.long st pole with fixing of earthing rod complete and all required accessories. Including the Work of its Carriage. 9 Erection and Grouting of stay Complete as per respo. 10 Laying of ACSR Dog/Wessel Conductor including its sagging, stringing Binding and Jumping Etc. 11 Laying of AB Cable of size 3X50X95/120 Sqmm on Pole. 12 Laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3X35/70/120 SQMM on Pole with the help of GI wire or Under the surface/cable trench. 13 Laying/Fixing of Lt. P.V.C Cable Including the work of crimping of Lugs and connection to Transformer/line 14 Fixing/mounting of 11 KV termination kit of size 3X35/70/120 Sqmm. 15 Guarding of 11 KV line with G.I. wire, angle and Nut bolt etc. as per respo. 16 Installation of Lt Distribution box 3PH. on Pole including Giving the connection through installed distribution box .as per norms. 17 Tree chopping 18 Fabrication and fixing of special type H Bracket made of 100X50X4 MS Channel and 50X50X5 MS angle with nut bolt & clamps ETC. 19 Chemical earthing of distribution transformer neutral/ body by digging/drilling of pit approx. 10 feet depth and inserting GI Electrode of B grade complete to the requirement of IS. Specification, connecting transformer neutral/body to earthing rod by GI Strip of size (25*5) mm with help of nut and bolt or by welding its include the cost of all material, Laboure &p provided by the contractor for proper completion of work. 20 Construction of toe wall 14 wide 1 deep below level & 9 wide &1high above ground all around plinth /D.P structure in 1:6 ratio of cement and coarse sand and leaving pockets of 100x100 mm size at the center of toe wall at a distance of 1200 mm center for grouting of angle iron frames the size of toe wall very as per site condition. nfabrication of approx. no.35x35x2 mm MS angle frames of size 1200x1200 mm and other size as per required side /reside appx.no.1200x750 mm size with 1long of welded wire mesh 16swg with MS strip of 25x25 mm size all around the frames & drilling 9 mm holes in the sides of the frames at a distance of 300 mm jointing of the frame with the help of bolts and nuts the size of panel may very as per site condition. nGrouting and fixing of angle iron frames in 1:2:4 ratio of cement coarse send and bolting the frames with 25x8 mm size bolts and nuts. The size of MS angle iron frames 1200x1200 mm and 1200x750 mm and fixed to toe wall etc. nProviding fabrication and fixing the main gate in front of the plinth of size 2100 mm wide by the making two leaves of 1050x1200 mm size of MS angle iron frames 35x35x5 mm duly fixed with hinges of MS angle 50x50x5 mm for locking system etc. nPanting of entire metal works /main gate with wire mesh with bus green super enameled paint, size of MS angle frames and fixing of welded wire mesh with MS strips of all-around frames in two coats on the prime coat of red oxide. (Approximate Size Of Transformer Fencing 4 x 10 = 40 RMtr) n 21 Construction of Transformer plinth of size-5X5X4 feet, with the help of brick, river sand & stone blast includes the cost of lab our, T&P Provided by the contractor for proper completion of work. 22 Pit digging of hard rocky/ dammar/ rcc surface etc.
