Supplying and fixing at site, single piece solid stone element/statue/sculpture made out by carving work in first class (Superior class) VIETNAM-WHITE Marble stone free from cracks, flaws & stains etc. with additional/required carving work (3-dimensional work) on stone element including Planning, developing, making base, carving work, polishing, all loading-unloading, transportation, scaffolding, hoisting, installation with all required T&P (including white cement, pigment, Chemical, SS clamps and fasteners of approved brand etc.), fixing over/on base/surface as per shape-size & placement of approved drawing , finishing, surface treatment etc. covering properly till the date of opening/inauguration of site etc.\n\n

The stone should be pre/post -treated with suitable chemical polish for maintaining original color and Ceramic surface treatment to be done to avoid surface staining & effect of external weather condition, pollution & dust etc. Proto type model of element/statue/sculpture (fiber glass or plaster of Paris) may also be required of same shape, size and detailing, for which nothing be paid extra. Preferably, the single piece stone block shall be used for the particular element/statue/sculpture but if not possible, material from the same block/lot of stone, shall only be used for similarity & fine n hair line pasting/jointing shall be done with suitable material in such a way so that joint(s) be not visible from front site. Complete job in all respect including in-lay work if required, as per approved design & drawing under approval of project consultant, appointed for the project & as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

(Theme, concept plan, schematic arrangement, other relevant details and drawings of element/statue/sculpture are enclosed. The final drawing shall be provided after award of the work.)

Note: Payment shall be made as per cubical block size of largest O/O dimension of a finished (part/full) product in each direction from which the element/statue/sculpture etc. is prepared. Other masonry, concreting, steel reinforcement plastering etc. required shall be paid extra but metallic items such as copper/bronze/gunmetal pipes, nozzles etc of approved make etc., conduiting for water pipe line, electric line etc. or hole of desired shape n size, required for fixing/installation or structurally etc. in any element shall be inclusive in the rate
