Hardware Installation: Supplying Basic Server Model (Single Processor, 4GB RAM, 500 GB Hard disk with 17” TFT). Installation of the hardware system shall take place at the client site during phase-1.

OS Installation: Windows Server 2012 edition shall be installed on provided hardware

Server Installation: MS SQL Server 12 Database shall be installed to manage all the data.

Server Security Installation:Quick Heal Server Edition Antivirus Software shall be installed for the advanced security of the server system

WaTaxSoft V 2.0 Installation: Filling in primary information of the wards, Filling in the primary information of zones, Filling in the information of citizens, Filling in the details of water taxes and slabs, Filling in preliminary information of water billing & tax collection, Registration and water tax collection information filling, Objection handling information filling, Preliminary water bill & tax collection notice preparation, Action items definitions on objections raised , Assessment register preparation, Demand register preparation, Water tax collection register preparation, Daily water bill collection register preparation, Demand register ledger preparation, Annual demand register preparation, Water connection owner’s record keeping

Water tax demand bill, Notice and acknowledgement preparation, generation and distribution. (Custom reports shall be prepared against each and every activity related to water billing and taxation.)

Training:Training for 2 users for 6 months shall be provided at client’s site. This will include induction of the software and implementation of the overall system.

AMC:Extended Warranty for 4 (Four )Years shall be there against maintenance and upgradation of software.
