Distillation apparatus plant (1). The complete System should be branded. (2). Glass Double Distillation Unit with Quartz Heater. (3). Distilled. Water Output capacity (Approx) 4 liters/hr. (4). Electricity Requirement: 230-250 volts (5). Power consumption should be below 4.0 x 2kw (6). Boiler & Condenser should be Borosilicate (7). Power Supply of Distillation Unit should function automatically by switching off the heater in case the water level falls below the heating coil & create sound alert to indicate low water level. (8). RO or Water Softener works on the Ion Exchange principle suitable for quoted system. The Water Softener prevents the accumulation of sludge (i.e. deposits of Calcium and Magnesium salts that make the water hard). (RO is preferable)
