Preparation of the entire tender package (Full/in phases) due discussion with IOCL.\nviii) Under each tender package, the Consultant shall be requed to :\n• Develop detailed technical specifications for the items involved including data sheet of all equipment etc.\n• Calculate quantities for items and submit quantity take off sheets.\n• Submit and obtain approval of IOC for list of approved makes (minimum 03 nos.) for various items to be incorporated in tender documents. Decision of IOCL in this regard shall be final.\n• Prepare rates for each of the items to be included based on rate analysis.
