The bend shall be fabricated out of MS pipe having wall thickness of 6 mm. Quantity of MS to be used for manufacturing of pipes as per BIS 226 or BIS2062 with latest amendments. The job includes nuts/bolts & RI cloth washers and other fittings. The bend shall be painted with one coat of steel primer and two coats of blue paint. The job also includes Manufacturing, providing, fitting and installation of 300mm dia. Mild steel foot valve. The foot valve shall have to be fabricated out of 8mm thick Mild steel plate. The flanges fitted with the foot valve shall be of 20 mm thickness.\nThe thickness of weight plate shall be 20 mm and shall be fitted with heavy duty hinge having sufficient foot valve seat duly turned on lathe and fitted with leather washer.\nThe job also includes fabrication, providing and fitting of M.S strainer made out of 12 mm sq. bars.
