| 1 | Implementation of Electronic Measurement Book at GE Minnie Bay.\nSupply and installation including complete development and training for Electronic Measurement Book (e-MB) as required for single GE loc at GE Minniebay under HQ Chief Engineer, A&N Zone, Port Blair. The basic protocol which are required to be est are given as under and any other technical requirement for effective functioning of e-MB should be considered inclusive in the Job along with one year up-gradation, updates and maintenance period. Web application version shall be provided alongwith Mobile Application for GE Minniebay. Terms & Conditions:\n(a) Hosting shall be on a secured Web Server.\n(b) Centralized capture and storage of measurement schedules for BOQ's and items from ongoing contracts to a central server location shall be inlcuded.\n(c) Onsite measurements capture and uploading / storing the same to the central server facility shall be included.\n(d) Approval and control checks facility at every level shall be provided.\n(e) Ability to view and post comments on measurement schedule and capture shall be provided.\n(f) Final approval and generation of RAR with ability to print shall be included.\n(g) Freak high and Freak low rates checking and monitoring facility must be included.\n(h) Check on the duplicates as per the periodicity shall be provided.\n(j) Support for multiple JEs involved in a single contract must be included.\n(k) Dashboard based on role-based security shall be provided.\n(l) Training Booklets and manuals for JE's, AGE's and GE in soft copy format shall be provided.\n(m) Training for atleast 1 week at GE Minniebay for concerned Officers, JEs and Clerks shall be organised.\n(n) Online Support to be provided through any convenient web-platform throughout the maintenance period.\n(o) Data Entry Operator & System Administrator during training to be provided by this office.\n(p) Officers / JEs / clerks to be trained shall be intimated in due course.\n(q) The bidder must have experience of implementation of e-MB atleast at 10 (Ten) GE stations across MES in different CE Zones.\n(Applicable taxes shall be included in the quoted rates) | 1 | Job |
