Cleaning of spillage coal during unloading of tippers at coal receiving hoppers of TRS-1 & TRS-2 and upkeeping / cleaning of external areas of TH-1 to TH-4 by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator / JCB of one cum bucket capacity) for 24 hrs i.e. in all the three shifts with three nos. operators including cost of diesel etc. Hydraulic excavator / JCB is to be made available continuously at the working place in all the three shifts. However, the anticipated average working hours will be 16 hrs per day i.e. about 487 hrs per month.

Note: (i). All manpower must be VTC trained and must be provided with safety equipment such as safety shoes, fluorescent jackets, helmets, safety belts etc. Providing of these safety equipments will be under the scope of contractor. (ii). All tools and tackles involved will be under the scope of contractor. (iii). The contract may be foreclosed at any point of time during the contract period as per requirement of the work. (iv). Rates are inclusive of CMPF, Pension, Contractor's Profit & other overhead expenses etc. excluding GST.
