work of Long Travel Mechanism shall be repaired / modified / changed including Electrical and Electronicsystem,Slew Mechanism shall be repaired / modified / changed including Electrical and Electronic system,Luffing Mechanism shall be repaired / modified / changed including Electrical and Electronic system,Hoist Mechanism with Load cell shall be repaired / modified / changed including Electrical andElectronic system,Grabbing Mechanism with Load cell shall be repaired / modified / changed including Electrical and Electronic system,Cable reel driving mechanism shall be repaired / modified / changedincluding Electrical and Electronic system,Replacement / Strengthening of structural plates, rails, channels, ‘I’ beams, machinery house,Sand blasting and two coats of Epoxy primer and two coats of coalTar epoxy for entire structure of crane,Fabrication / replacement of plates and filling the counter weight with High density concrete,Inspection / Testing / if required Replacement of the Electrical and Electronic system complete,Maintenance crane with Electrical Hoist in the machinery House for lifting motor / gear boxes from ground level shall be repaired / modified / changed,Safe Load Testing,Central Electricity Authority’s approval.
