Providing and fitting of major components to 250 KVA electric transformer installed at tube well Sector-5 ERA Trikuta Nagar by way of lifting, loading of the damaged electric transformer in to the vehicle with the help of crane, skilled labour, tools and tackles etc and shifting to the workshop for necessary repairs. Job includes dismantling of electric transformer and extraction of damaged transformer coils from oil tank and replacement of primary and secondary coils by way of rewinding all coils - 03 no legs complete. Removal of damaged HT and LT bush rods and providing and fitting of new complete set of HT bush rod - 03 no and LT bush rod - 04 no, sundry items. Job also includes draining of transformer oil from oil tank to barrels and cleaning of oil tank and drying the same for removal of any water droplets or moisture present in the oil tank and assembling of transformer by way of providing and fitting of new oil tank seal, new nut-bolts etc. Job includes filtering of the old transformer oil and providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 110 litre after giving proper heat treatment for removal of any moisture present in the transformer oil. Assembling and charging of electric transformer and testing on no load. Loading of repaired 250 KVA electric transformer into the vehicle from workshop and shifting to the tube well and unloading at safer place with the help of crane, skilled labour, tools and tackles etc. Job includes cost of material, charges for crane, manual labour, loading, unloading, carriage, shifting, handling and fitting charges, charges of tools and tackles including any miscellaneous item/parts used during execution of job. Providing and fitting of major components to 250 KVA voltage stabilizer of Sector-5 ERA Trikuta Nagar. The job includes dismantling of 250 KVA voltage stabilizer, extraction of coils from the oil tank. Rewinding of three no damaged coils. Replacement of damaged rotary switches by providing and fitting of new rotary switches - 03 no; Replacement of damaged relays, internal wiring with new relays and internal wiring as per sample. Replacement of damaged MCCB and providing and fitting of new MCCB 400A. Job includes making of all internal connections, assembling of voltage stabilizer after cleaning the oil tank so as to remove any water droplets and vapours. Dry testing of the assembled voltage stabilizer. Job includes filtering of the old transformer oil and topping the voltage stabilizer by providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 125 litre after giving proper heat treatment for removal of any moisture present in the transformer oil. Making of all connection and checking and tightening of loose connection if any. Job includes cost of material, charges for crane, manual labour, loading, unloading, carriage, shifting, handling and fitting charges, charges of tools and tackles including any miscellaneous item/parts used during execution of job.
