administrative and financial approval under day-nulm . the damage and the stolen goods will be replenished by the operator . the operator will have to arrange 3 care givers at the shelter site , including 1 female care giver ( in 8-hour shift ) , 1 full time manager and cleaning worker . there will be no negligence / negligence in the work . personnel ( managers , care grivers and sweepers etc . ) employed by the organization will have to be given the minimum wages and rules prescribed by the government of rajasthan for the adversary workers . it will be necessary to submit a verified temporary fittings , furniture and equipment as required at their own cost at the said shelter sites with the prior permission of the city council . mattresses , quilts , blankets , pillows , carpets and covers for persons residing in the shelter will be made available , whose daily laying and abstracting , washing , press etc . will be done by the operator . washing of the said material will be done by the operator in 15 days . if there is any kind of fork in the material during operation , the stitching will have to be done by the operator . in case of stay of people without shelter more than the capacity of the shelter on any day , the necessary bedding will be arranged by the operator . the bidder will have to make an agreement on the amount of stamp paper of the amount as per the rules at their own cost , a copy of the contract will be submitted free of cost to the municipal council . soap for handwashing , towels for handwashing and fennel for cleaning etc . will be arranged by the operator at his own expense . the pesticide should be given protection from mosquitoes / insects by the operator from time to time in view of seasonal disease . sprinkling will be necessary . with the prior permission of the nagar parishad , food will be provided free of cost / subsidized on the lines of akshaya kaleva in the shelter sites with the help of ngos , charitable / religious trusts , renewable eligible foundations . wood / coal / for heating in winter . the operator will have to arrange for heaters and coolers in extreme heat etc . for entertainment in the shelter sites , monthly monthly recharge and daily newspaper will be arranged by the operator and any type of foot-foot or malfunction in the tv will be done by the operator only . the shelter sites will be inspected from time to time by the representative of the state council of the municipal council from time to time . the office has to be submitted . the entry of shelterless people / homeless families living in
