Delivery Request Will Be Submitted With Lead Period Of 3 Working Days Of Bhel-Hpep. First Request Will Be 40 Cylinder Delivery Request. Then40 Cylinder Delivery Cum 40 Empty Cylinder Collection Requests. And The Last Request Will Be 40 Empty Cylinder Collection. Transportation Shall Be In Suppliers Scope.
