Column: Providing and erecting of prefab Columns, the Base plate shall be in 2 layers, the lower one shall be in 16mm thick placed on RCC base and the upper one to be welded to column base of 40mm thickness (providing a combined thickness of 56mm), The Column shall be of built up ‘I’ section type of size – 500mm x 300mm. The flanges shall be 300mm wide of 32mm steel and the web shall be of 20mm thickness. e column shall be anchored to RCC substructure using 18 no. Anchor bolts of 32mm dia. and 900mm Long, with 750mm embedded in concrete. e column shall be anchored to RCC substructure using 18 no. Main Beams: The Main Beam shall be of built up ‘I’ section type of size – 600mm x 300mm. The flanges shall be 300mm wide of 32mm steel and the web shall be of 16mm thickness. Intermediate stiffeners of 8mm thick plates shall be provided @ 450mm c/c. The Main Beam end plate shall be 25mm thick of size 325mm x 625mm. (Rates to be quoted PMT)

Secondary Beams: The Secondary Beam shall be of built up ‘I’ section type of size – 600mm x 200mm. The flanges shall be 300mm wide of 25mm steel and the web shall be of 16mm thickness. DECK SHEETING:GI profiled Deck sheet of thickness 2 mm sheets of required size and thickness as per IS: 277 having minimum yield strength of 340 m/mm2 with 240 GSM galvanization, which shall be fixed to the floor joists fixed to frame structure with the help of washers and bolts or self-drilling self-tapping screws with EPDM seal. WALL PUF PANEL: Wall Panel 50 mm Thick and width 1 mt. PUF insulated thick Panel with 0.5mm PPGI sheet both sides in 40±2 Kg Density. PUF panel shall be manufactured by using high quality Huntsman's chemicals & N pentane as a blowing agent. The PU panel shall be CFC free and Zero Ozone depleting panel made out of continuous line running on uninterrupted power supply. Panel shall have pre coated GI sheet on both side of Polyurethane Foam confirming to IS 12436:1988. The pre coated sheet shall be of minimum 240 mpa steel grade confirming to IS 14246:1995 and shall have zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS : 277 : 1992, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation. The panels shall be vertically joined together by tongue and groove joints. The PU Foam shall be self-extinguishing, fire retardant type having minimum density of 40 Kg/Cu.mt (+, -2 Kgs), as per standard BMSICL specifications. (Rates to be quoted SM)
