Note:-(i) Maintenance of all plants , shrubs , grass etc for a period of 24 months after date of completion by employing one skilled Gardener for four hours per day to ensure healing, up keep watering of plants, pour manure, carryout periodic tilling and use pesticides,cutting grass and removing unwanted grass and plants at work site. (ii) During the period any plant, shrubs, grass etc is found dead, not true to name or size as speciified or not in satisfactory growth plant of approved size & shape shall be replaced by the contractor.

(iii) If contractor failed to comply above points as mentioned in note (i) & (ii), an amount equal to 15% of CA value will be recovered from contractor as penalty. 15% of CA amount will be kept from contractor for maintenance period by the department. (iv) Supply & application of manure, red soil ,pesticides / fertilisers and employing one gardener for 04 hours per day etc are included in the quoted unit rate during maintenance period of 24 months.
