Note- Agency Has To Quote The Rate For 02 Nos . ( Two ) Vehicle Per Month . Note : 1 . The Contracting Agency Has To Provide And Submit All The Valid Documents Revelant To The Vehicle And Driver Such As Registration Certificate , All Sikkim And West Bengal Driver Licence , Insurance , Fitness Certificate And Puc ( And Any Other Prevalent Rto Regulatory Document ) Etc For Arranging Aep , Apd For Working Within Airport Premises . 2 . The Driver Should Be Decent And Skilled Person Equiped With Proper Uniform , Shoes , Mobile Phone On Duty And Fully Aware With The Traffic Rules Having A Light Motor License Etc . 3 . For Item No . 1 , In Case Of Distance Covered Is Less Than 2000 Kms By Indivisual Vehicle Between 1500 . 00 To 2000 . 00 Kms In A Month , Difference In Km Shall Be Carried Forward For The Next Months . Payment Fo The Milage In Kms Covered Beyond 2000 Kms By Indivisual Vehicle Shall Be Made On Pro- Rate Basis Depending On Actual Mailage Logged On Monthly Basis . In Case Of Distance Covered Is Less Than 1500 Km By Individual Vehicle Rs . 28/- Per Km Shall Be Recovered . 4 . Applicable Gst Shall Be Paid Separately On Production Of Valid Tax Invioce . 5 . Agency Has To Deploy 02 Nos . Vehicle M&M Bolero , Scorpio , Tata Sumo Etc . Per Day For 12 Months .
