(i.e. Process, Thermal, Hydraulic, mechanical, refractory & insulation etc.), raw material & bought out procurement, manufacture / fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, painting etc. of incinerator burner, incinerator chamber, Waste Heat Exchanger along with steam drum, mud drum, HP steam de-super heater, incinerator stack, incinerator combustion air fans, bellows, TSP Dosing System etc. The Incinerator Package shall also include supply of Ducting & supports, piping, valves & fittings, instrumentation &controls, electrical (as per marked up P&ID attached), refractory, equipment/system specific structure, platform & ladders etc. as per MR.Spares for assembly, erection, pre-commissioning & commissioning as per MR.Participation in HAZOP & SIL study & implementation of report.Packing & forwarding, transportation (as per commercial section of MR), from Vendors works/shop to actual site for the complete Incinerator Package including all bought outs as per data sheets, P & IDs, standards, specifications, instructions to bidder etc.Drawings and documents as per attached Vendor Data requirement for all supplies and services as per MR.Routing & Stress analysis (as applicable) of Piping from Equipment flange up to package terminal point.Conductance of performance guarantee test of Incinerator package; mechanical design & workmanship guarantee as a single point responsibility vendor.Site training to the owner\"s operation &maintenance personnel.
