Name of Work: Supply and Errection of Lloyd prefab Porta Cabin Anganwadi at Doupchat Shargole -Kargil Ladakh.
1	1	Provn of relocatable modular Aanganwadi Lloyd prefab Porta cabin of Size ;- 7mtr-Length x 6mtr- Width x 3mtr-Height comprising of dismantable components as under-mentioned
2	1.01	Frame - Refer drawing
3	1.02	Walls, floor and roof section each comprising of 50mm thick Lloyd PUF(Polyurethane Foam Puf) panel (boxed of density min. 40 kg/cum (+/- 2%)
4	1.03	The porta cabin should be capable assembling within 10-15Days per cabin on recipt of materials at site. Similarly the disassembling to be possible 5-10Days per cabin .
5	1.04	The cabin in knock down condition should be able to be lifted and mounted on truck for transportation. Lift of cabin in knockdown condition to be able to sustain atleast 6 lifts.
6	2	The porta cabin madeup of modular structure (details shown as per drawing attached at vide drawing No.('A') with Puf panel made of prefabricated composite sandwitch panel using profile sheet 0.50mm thick(tct) on both side and filled with 50mm thick PUF with minimum density 40 Kg/cum (+/-2%) for insulation. Lloyd PUF pannel will be fixed in porta cabin with U Channel of size 52X40mm placed in roof and floor. Provn of hole of 150mm x 150mm will be made for placement of exhaust fan with lauvers in toilet & kitchen area. Detail structrual spicification as under:-

29	2.23	50mm thick Puf panel in required height fixed on 3-side walls for perimeter (4mtr + 7mtr + 4mtr) & partition walls for kitchen, store & toilet using suitable U- Channel of size;- 52x40x0.5mm over flooring . 50mm thick Puf panel is fixed as false-ceiling under top MS - steel frame using wall angles/ suitable fastners.
30	2.24	At bottom MS- frame structure, Plain GI sheet -0.5mm thick(tct) will be fixed over it with suitable stsd-screws ..At top of MS- frame structure, Lloydeck profile color coated GI sheet -0.5mm thick(tct) will\nbe fixed with suitable stsd-screws completely.
31	2.25	Front side Glass room wall ;- Front side wall will be be fixed with 2-layer of 5mm thick toughened glass for 2.5mtr height fixed with Aluminium anodized frame covering perameter (2mtr +7mtr +1mtr) over 50mm thick wall Puf panel of 0.5mtr height fixed over floor complete.
32	2.26	Center moveable sliding wall fied at 4mtr -length point ;- 50mm thick Puf panel in required height of 2.8mtr is fixed for 5.5mtr -wide with sliding moveable fixed accesories, so that center wall can be opened sliding in direction of both side walls complete. All 5Nos. moveable center wall puf panel-50(\nqty;-5Nos.) of size;- 2.8mtr-height X 1mtr-wide will be fixed with single layer of 5mm thick toughened glass of size;-1.2mtr-Height X 0.8mtr-wide using wall angles/suitable fastners.
33	2.27	P/F on 2-side exterior & 2-side interior walls with digital print graphics (showing Anganwadi photos & slogans) on self-adhesive vinyle and lamination of 50micron thickness of approved size, design including cost of preparation of sub-surface clean, smooth and suitable for pasting the graphics\nto the surface with low tack removable adhesives complete .\nNOTE:- All Strucutral member shall be of make: SAIL/TATA/JSW/APL-APPOLLO/SURYA or equivalent.
34	2.28	Flooring :- For flooring, on the bottom MS -steel frame,18mm thick ply will be screw fixed covered with 2mm thick anti-static PVC tile complete .
35	2.29	Window :- 03 Nos windows of size;- 1mtr-W X 1.2mtr-H with aluminium sliding shutters with double toughend glass 5mm thick conforming to IS-2553, Part-I of 1992 with aluminium grill 3mm thick and of aperture 75X75mm and locking arrangement alongwith rain/sun shed of 1.2mm thick sheet using angle iron frame of size 30X30X3mm duly painted over redoxide primer.All Aluminium frame work material\nshould conform to IS-513, 1996. All sections of aluminium frame/track shall be 2mm thick and shall be of ISI Mark.
36	2.3	MS Door :- 04No.- MS Door of size (0.9 x 1.80)Mtr and 06No.-MS Door of size (0.75 x 1.80 Mtr) opening inside the porta cabin will be fixed in shelter using 0.5mm thick PPGL off-white color coated sheet with frame of angle iron 40X40X5mm. Core of the door will be fitted with 40mm Puf panel for insulation.
37	2.31	Wall/Partition.;- Wall will be comprised of prefabricated composite sandwitch Lloyd PUF panel with 50mm high density PUF insulation of minimum density 40 Kg/cum as core and profiled on plane colour coated 0.5mm(±10%) galvalume steel sheet on either side. PUF pannel will be fixed in container with UChannel of size 50X40mm placed in roof and floor.
38	2.32	False Ceiling.;- False Ceiling will be of 50 mm thick Lloyd PUF panel with minimum density of 40 Kg/cum. PUF panel will be fixed in porta cabin shelter fixed using wall angles & suitable fastners under\ntop MS frame.
39	2.33	Insulation for Wall/Partition and False Ceiling ;- Puf panel comprised of prefabricated composite sandwitch panel with 50mmthick Puf panel of 40kg/cum (±2%) as core and between plane colour coated PPGL steel sheets of 0.5mm thick(tct) on either sides.
40	2.34	Prefab Toilet will be fixed with 1No. western style pot with systen, 1No.Washbasin & 2No. pvc water tap with internail upvc piping fitting complete .
41	3	Electrical. All electrical fittings will be done including PVC casing & caping as per Drawing attached vide drawing ' A '. Following items to be provided (duly fitted including wiring) with each Aanganwadi porta cabin :-
42	3.1	(i) LED Tube Light (TL) -18W 4' Long Make: C&S /Syska/ Phillips/ Havells/Crampton. (Qty per Porta Cabin - 6 Nos)
43	3.2	(ii) 16 Amp switch and Socket (16S/S) Make:Anchor /Havells/ Cona (Qty per porta cabin - 02 Nos)
44	3.3	(iii) 6 Amp switch and Socket(6S/S) Make:Anchor /Havells/ Cona (Qty per porta cabin - 2 Nos)
45	3.4	(iv) Armd cable 2core-6sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC type/ Extruded Innersheathed for Multicore cable armoured as per IS PVC type ST 2 SHEATHED 650/1100v GRADE AS PER is 7098 (Part-I) 1988. Make Polycab/L & T/ Havells/ Crompton.
46	4	COLOR ;- The outer walls , inner walls & roof of Aanganwadi Porta cabin shall be off-white color coated finish.
47	5	Design Criteria cosidered;-
48	5.01	Seismic co-efficient - As per seismic Zone V
49	5.02	Snow load - 1.5 feet standing on roof
50	5.03	Wind load - equivalent to wind speed of 55 Mtr/ second as per IS 875

53	5.06	Water absorption/ penetration - Nil and adequate sealing material to be provided.

57	6	Material . All material required for the manufacturing of porta cabin will be new and will comply with relevant IS as applicable and those given succeeding para. The porta cabin shall be considered and manfuractured as per IS: 875 for structural design. Steel used shall be conform to Is: 2062/2011 for steel for general structural purposes.
