The details specification mentioned are as under:\nAutomation grade: Semi-automatic; All machine parts including supporting structure: SS 304 (Sheet thickness should not be less than 3 mm) ; Capacity: Not less than 200 kg/h; Size: As per the capacity ( Length not more than 8ft); No. of Rolling Brush :Suitable numbers; Filtration System: Provision of proper filtration system for static water; Floating impurities: Provision for removal of floating impurities; Conveyor: Pick up conveyor after washing; Other requirements: With suitable water pressure, air blower, provision for final washing with strong spray after bubble washing during conveying for collection; Water Pressure:0.5-6 bars or suitable; Water Circulation: Proper provision for water circulation; Polishing Process: Brush Roller; Control Panel : VFD [ Variable Frequency Drive] or suitable. \n \n\n \n\n
