Repairs/ Servicing to 120TR Capacity Chiller Air Conditioning Plant No. II installed at convention center, canal road, Jammu. by way of disconnecting all the electrical connection from the main panel and then filling of Nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure & maintaining it for 48 hrs to detect the leakages in the system. Brazing of all the leakage points with copper rods and oxyacetylene gas, then the entire system is to be first tested at low pressure to make sure that there is no leakage & then high pressure is to be applied and system is tested for leaks. Further the leakage testing is to be done by smearing soap solution over joints and pipes and observing for bubble formation. This pressure testing is to be repeated until there are no more leakages in the system. Then the system is charged with refrigerant gas about 55 kg &also replacement of drier core-2Nos. Job includes providing and fitting of temperature sensor, flow switch in place of damaged ones. The job also includes minor repairing of control card and replacement of damaged contactors- 02 No. HRC Fuse-2Nos in place of damaged ones. Proper setting of the plant parameters is to be done. Complete Servicing & cleaning of Condenser Coils of Air Conditioning Unit with the Descaling Compound with the help of jet pump till the coils get completely cleaned and proper air flow from the condenser coil is attained. The job also includes cleaning of condenser cooling fans, greasing of motor bearings. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, transportation, handling and labour charges and testing the chiller on full load. The rates are inclusive of rebate on account of old parts.
