Automation Of The Pump Operating Arrangement With Online System And Allied Works At Sps Of 20 Mgd Keshopur . , supply of iot based integrated intelligent field device ( ifd ) designed / developed for the level based operation / monitoring / controlling / remote operation of 06 nos . of existing pumps ( 160 kw rating ) through their existing fasd starters . ifd should have display , analog inputs and digital inputs/outputs for operating pumps along with monitoring electrical parameters , sump level , on / off status - having integrated gprs , serial ports , usb port , ethernet port and sensor monitoring with integrated system having six intelligent communicable multifunction meters with single or three phase input with measurement capability of electrical parameters with rs 485 output and lcd display . ifd should be capable of communicating through internet cloud computing ( without any requirement of software installation ) hosted at secured data center and accessible over simple internet browser for the required parameters monitoring and the operation status . ifd should be capable of time and rule based ( remotely configurable ) control / operation of the pumps/motors . ifd should have battery backed up filtered power source taking three phase ac power with 6 kv surge protection and providing 5v / 12v dc supply providing a minimum of 4hrs back up and maintaining gprs connectivity in case of power failure . ifd should be housed in customized enclosure with vandal resistant high gain antenna and mounting arrangement as per the site requirement . ifd should be accessible over simple internet browser while giving anywhere access for remote operation / monitoring of pumps along with access for automated reports , tabular /graphical reports , sms based alerts with unlimited department access . make: worgs/yokogava/allen bradley/any other djb approved make with specification as per description above . , fixing / installation of the ifd unit with enclosure and mounting arrangement as per the site requirement and making all the required connections for proper supply of power to the ifd as per the requirement by providing / laying of copper flexible wires /cables and along with control and protection arrangement and consumables as required at site for the job . , making all the required connections for capturing electrical parameters of pumps including providing and fixing of the metering cts in the fasd starter panels for each motor and by providing / laying of copper flexible wires /cables with complete connections between cts and the ifd as required at site for the job . , checking of existing motor starter system and making required modifications for making starters compatible to be operated and to be monitored through new operating system , providing protection system like voltage protection , phase reverse protection etc . including providing and fixing of all required material and consumable and carrying out other works for the job . , making arrangement for wiring connections between starters and the ifd system for the control / operation of the pumps including providing / laying of copper flexible cable and making the required connections along with providing all accessories and consumables as required at site for the job . , testing and commissioning of the control and tripping system of the motor starters along with configuration of the relays , setting up of the tripping thresholds and testing starters as per the site requirement as per individual pump / motors rating and capacity . , making arrangement for the sump level based atomization of operation of the pumps through newly installed ifd with continuous level monitoring through existing sensor system including providing and fixing of the material and making the required wiring for providing signals from the sensor to ifd including providing / laying of copper flexible cable along with all accessories and consumables as required at site for the job . , system configuration , s/w configuration , integration of the cloud based system with tags with unlimited department login usage and usage . configuration of access management , generation of rules for switching on and switching off of the pumps based on levels thresholds as per site requirement , activation of sms based alert system , activation of report generation system , configuration with the meters , remote support , subscription , communication and data storage charges valid for one year with unlimited role based access from anywhere over internet browser for operation , monitoring , administration of the system . , testing and commissioning of the ifd units after proper configuration with the meters and sending data on cloud , testing and commissioning of the complete monitoring / operating system , testing and commissioning of the automated / remote operation of the starters / pumps as per site requirement .
