Dismantling Of Existing Equipments Inside Old Oxygen Plant And Re-Orientation Of The Plant At Smhs Hospital , Srinagar .- 1 Dismantling and shifting of oxygen plant at Govt. Smhs hospital by using suitable tools & tackles and employing skilled labour. The job includes: a) Disconnecting power supply and power cables to all machinery equipment. the electrical cables, cable trays, changeover, shall be stored at proper place identified at site. b) Dismantling of MS pipeline, duct by using suitable tools and tackles like gas cutters, chain pulley etc. the dismantled pipes shall be shifted to the identified location for storage. c) Dismantling of machinery equipments viz oxygen concentration (2 no), air dryer (3 no), reciprocating air compressor (2no), screw air compressor (1no), stortage tanks (4 no), main electrical panel from the base and shifting the equipment using hydraulic crane and skilled labour to identified location. d) Demolishing of wall/beam, for paving way for retrieval of reciprocating air compressors. Note: Any item of work necessary for execution of above mentioned work is included in the job. 1 Job 2 2 Providing and fabrication of I_Beam Columns as additional support to the roof truss of oxygen plant building. 250 Kg 3 3 Shifting of dismantled oxygen plant machinery from the storage site to oxygen plant for rein stallation by using hydraulic crane and skilled labour. The job includes a) placing machinery equipment at proper location as per the approved layout. b) Installation of MS pipeline connecting all the equipments as per drawing using skilled labour and proper tools and tackles. the MS pipimg, duct shall be connected using flange joints and welding wherever required including all the control valves. c) Shifting of main electric panel and reconnecting of power supply. the job includes connection of power cables to all the equipments over cable trays and installation of earthing strips as required. Extra cable trays/earthing strips is included in the job. Note:Any item of work necessary for execution of above mentioned work is included in the job. 1 Job 4 4 Providing and laying of 3.5 core XLPE insulated Al. armoured cable ( heavy duty) of 185 Sq.mm size for working voltage 1100 volts & connecting the same with compressors. The job includes providing and fitting of aluminium thimbles of required size and fitting of the same with hydraulic crimping tool. the job also includes providing and fiting of heavy duty mild steel clamps. The job includes fitting of the pipes using flanges, bends, elbows as required at site. 25 mm 6 6 100mm dia 40 mm 20 mtr 7 7 50 mm dia 20 mtr 8 8 Providing and fitting of ball valves (PN 1.6) of below mentioned dia. The job includes fitting of the pipe using flanges, bends, elbows as required at site. 9 9 100 mm dia 3 no 10 10 50 mm dia 4 no 11 11 Providing, fitting & testing of Seamless copper tubing, solid drawn of thickness 0.9 mm for Oxygen line. The copper tubing shall be seamless hard tempered. The job includes cutting of copper tubing, silver brazing, polishing. The job also includes providing and fitting of copper fittings like nipples, sockets, elbows, reducers, tees etc. the coppere tubing shall be fitted on the wall with the help of saddles, clamps etc and shall have to be tested at a pressure 3 times than the working pressure of oxygen. the tubing shall be applied with 2 coats of paint as per standard colour code. 12 12 22 mm 20 mtr 13 13 Providing and laying of 4 core XLPE insulated Al. armoured cable ( heavy duty) of 16 Sq.mm size for working voltage 1100 volts & connecting the same with air dryers.
