( Ii ) Wages Register Duly Signed By The Engineer-In-Charge . ( Iii ) Proof Of Aadhar Linked Payments Of Monthly Wages And Bonus In The Form Of Bank Slips / Attested Copies Of Individual Pass Books Duly Signed By Engg-In-Charge . ( Iv ) Proof Of Deposit Of Provident Fund ( Epf ) And Esic Contribution To The Respective Authority Duly Signed By Contracts And Engg-In-Charge .
