Log Sheets shall be supplied by contractor. (d) Contractor shall provided transport and additional manpower for collection of diesel as required. (e) Duty valve man is responsible for cleaning of the area surroundings the valve chamber around UG Sumps and OH Tanks. (f) During water distribution time, he will visit the supply area for finding leakages/overflows and intimate the same for the concerned JE E/M for rectification. (g) Tools, safety equipement, overall combination/ uniform with pant, shirt, safety shoes, rain coat, torch light and daily consumables such as grease, gland rope, cotton waste etc shall be provided to the workmen by contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. (h) Weekly Off should be given to each operator and a reliever shall be provided during the Off day for the regular operator and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of wage of reliever. (i) Workmen on duty shall be provided with normal mobile phone (Not smart phone) for easy communication, by the contractor and the unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same. | |||
