5kVA, 220V DC, Electromagnet rewinding: The scope of work includes transportation of magnet to vendor's works, lifting core pack from Electromagnet shell, stripping out of old windings, cleaning the core, rewinding the stator using class `F’ copper or aluminium winding wires, insulating the slot portions using suitable insulating materials, leading out the end connection using new leads and terminating in terminal box using suitable lugs, applying finishing varnish including assembling, Painting of whole assembly using two coats of epoxy primer and one coat of epoxy paint. Replacing non magnetic covers of magnet assembly, inspection, testing and delivery of rewound electromagnet at FACT-CD Electrical Department. All the materials required for successful completion of work which are not mentioned above is in vendors scope.
