In addition to the Concession Fee as per para 1.1 of Appendix VII of RFQ cum RFP, offers to pay to the authority, with effect from commercial operation date (COD) by way of additional concession fee (the “Premium”) equal to the Percentage (%) of Total Realisable Fee during that year (Year of Commercial Operation Date) , net of any Taxes on Fee. Please Quote the Percentage (%) in respective column in Figures & words plus Taxes as applicable. \n\nNote: For each subsequent year of Concession Period, the Premium shall be determined as per the para 1.2 of of Appendix VII of RFQ cum RFP.\n\n
