| 3 | 1.02 | NOTE;-\n(i) The above work involves taking out from existing stack and remove them to a distance out in a open area and lay them on a pre-cleaned ground on dunnage cubes.\n(ii) Remove dust, dirt and disused and deteriorated layer of old oil throughly from the surface using course wire brush. The surface shall then be throughly cleaned and rubbed with abrasive paper. Special care shall be taken for removing dust, dirt and scale from re-entrant angles, corners joints and hidden portion. The Flexibile Deck Board are to be dipped in 50:50 mixed creosote oil and used Engine oil and allow drying for 48 hours. \n(iii) The above preserved store will be shifted from open area to storage shed on proper dunnage using concrete cubes and anti termite steel tray that shall be issued by the Department for dunaging in accountable position as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. \n |
