Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings:\nI. Voltage related fault: Single phasing, reverse phase, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage.\nII. Current related fault: Over load, Under load (dry running), unbalance load, earthleakage, short circuiting Short circuit\nB. Display line current of R, Y , B Phase and also line voltage of RY, YB and BR phase.\nBimetal over load relay suitable for 50 HP motor should be fitted with each starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case with each starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer. In addition to this all the starters should be connected with incomer M.C.C.B with bus bar/flexible copper cable arrangement of adequate current carrying capacity. All other components i.e.,meters, indicators, push buttons, protection relays, operating coils of contactors etc. should be connected with flexible copper cable to complete the circuit for operating the motors. All the internal wiring should be neat and clean.\nProviding, carriage, laying and fitting of 70 sq. mm multi strand copper cable or equivalent for giving connections from main switch to control panel in three equal leads of 9mtrapprox each and 16 sq mm cable from control panel to the 3 no. motors - 90 mtrapprox with respective number of leads and making cable ends duly thimbled with copper thimbles.
