Repair and Descaling of 135 TR chiller air conditioning plant-II installed at Hon’ble High Court Complex Jammu by way of holding of all butterfly valves, opening of front & rear header of condenser unit, circulating of chemical descaler compound in tubes with the help of special type of water pump, removing of loosened scale deposited by using bristled brush, rodding of tubes of condenser, circulating of alkaline neutralized water and flushing with fresh water, closing of front and rear header of condenser and supplying of water through butterfly valves. Job also involves descaling of evaporator by way of opening of front & rear header of evaporator unit, circulating of chemical descaler compound in tubes with the help of special type of water pump, removing of loosened scale deposited by using bristled brush, rodding of tubes of evaporator, circulating of alkaline neutralized water and flushing with fresh water, closing of front and rear header of evaporator. The job also includes cleaning and servicing of strainers. Job includes repairs to plant by way of p/f of siphon with pressure gauge-02Nos in place of damaged ones. Job includes replacement of old compressor oil with new oil-32ltrs by draining out complete old compressor oil. Job involves providing and fitting of drier core-04Nos and heating element-01No in place of old damaged one and topping up of compressor with refrigerant 45kg (approx.).Complete job in all respects includes cost of material, skilled labour and all handling charges, taxes etc.
