It will be the obligation of the agency to provide, on demand from MoRT&H, PIU Bhagalpur, any staff other than the staff listed above, as per actual requirement and the same shall be provided under the same terms and conditions of the contract. ESCI, PF, etc. contribution of the Employer, will be paid as per applicable rules, over and above the Monthly Wage as per provision of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. The candidates shall satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria as stipulated in the “Terms of Reference”. The wage rate is as per Ministry of Road Transport and Highways guidelines or the Minimum wages prescribed by the State Government of Bihar whichever is higher. The rates are open for revision by MoRT&H from time to time at its sole discretion. The rates given in table above for manpowers are inclusive of EPF and ESIC contribution of Ministry. Nothing extra will be paid over and above these for EPF and ESIC by Ministry. | Item 12 | ||
| 13 | 3 | Rates of gross wages of all categories are fixed as given under page no 30. Contractor/Placement agency should quote only their percentage profit margin including all taxes and other liabilities excluding GST. No amount except percentage profit margin quoted by the Contractors/Placement agency on total gross amount will be paid by MoRTH to the placement agency. This % quoted shall include all liabilities of the placement agencies against staff being provided by them over and above their gross salaries and all tax liabilities of the placement firm excluding GST. | Item 13 | ||
