Providing day to day manpower for day to day maintenance services and exigency works in Operational Area as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured on all days including Sundays & Holidays (if required) as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.\nUn - Skilled Manpower 4 nos. (4x26x12)\nNote : - \ni) All labour related notifications like minimum wages, EPF, ESI etc. must be followed by agency towards workers deployed against this job. \nii) PF and ESI will be paid only when the agency submits the PF and ESI challan to E-I-C.\niii) Bonus as per applicable rule will be paid only when the agency submits the documentary evidence to EIC.
