Contractor Should Make Own Arrangements For Safeguarding Of Individual Materials And Tools At Site . Any Loss In This Account Will Not Be Attributable To Cpcl . 3 . Considering The Present Covid-19 Situation , Contractor Shall Ensure That Sufficient Manpower Is Available To Take Up The Work And Complete Within The Stipulated Completion Period Without Any Delay Adhering To All Safety Guidelines Issued By Govt . In View Of Covid-19 . Also , Face Mask And Hand Gloves Are Mandatory As Part Of Ppes For All Persons In Addition To Safety Helmet , Safety Shoes , Safety Jackets , Etc .
