Description:- Setting of 25 HP sewerage pumps at required locations to facilitate pumping arrangements during\rmonsoon. The pumps are to be installed at low level areas in working condition as instructed by the Engineer In-\rcharge at site. The rate is inclusive of contractor's own 25 HP pumps, hose pipe (discharge pipe approx 50m),\rone operator/machanic, watchman for manning the pump round the clock, labour for installation, all leasds, lifts,\rcrossing of tracks, transportation, all taxes etc. complete. Whenever there are heavy rains and rise in water\rlevels, the pumps are to be operated and dewatering is to be carried out successfully. Only electric supply for\roperation of the pumps shall be made available by Railways free of cost. Note: Pump operator should also be\rprovided with mobile phone round the clock. (Qty 07 Nos. for 120 days) Note : Unit day means per pump/per day.

Whenever there are heavy rains and rise in water levels, the\rpumps are to be operated and dewatering is to be carried out successfully. Only diesel for operation of the\rpumps shall be made available at the stores of concerned CPWI or any supervisor In-charge office in suburban\rsectionbasedonavailabilitybyRailwaysfreeofcost.Contractorhastomadehisownarrangementfor\rtransportation of fuel to site of working. Note:Penalty of Rs. 10000/- per pump per day shall be levied for non\rworking of pump/ absence of operator or non compliance of instuctions.
