    Supply Of , The Electrode Wire For Mig/Mag Welding Shall Be Copper Coated Solid Continuous Filler Wire Of Size 1.2 Mm Dia With Good Welding Characteristics Suitable For Welding Steel To Is:2062/2011. The Copper Coating Of The Wire (Excluding The Residual Copper Content Of The Wire) Shall Be 0.20 To 0.40% By Weight. Wire Shall Conform To Irs Class 1 Of Rdso Specn. No.Irs M46/2013 With Amendment No.1.The Brand Shall Be Approved By Rdso Under Irs Class 1. The Wire Shall Be Wound In The Spool In Layered Wound Method (And Not Random Winding Method) Ie.The Wire Shall Be Wound In Close Layers And In Each Layer,The Wire Shall Be Wound In Close Lines Without Any Gap/Over Lapping Between The Adjacent Windings. The Maximum Weight Of The Spool Should Be 12.5 Kgs.
