10	10	Servicing and repair to 11KV/415V Transformer of capacity 63 to 500 KVA.15 MVA including the following works :-\n(a) Transport the transformer to workshop and return back after servicing including installation and commissioning and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(b) Dismantling the transformer limb, draining out transformer oil and lifting the core coil assembly, keep the assembly in oven up to obtain required IR value of the transformer winding complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(c) Cleaning the core coil assembly by oil complete and remove the dirt, sludge in the coil and core gently without making damage of insulation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(d) Cleaning inside the chamber of transformer, scrapping complete all sludge and iron particle.\n(e) M & L Two coats of oil resistance paint on inside surfaces of transformer over a coat of red oxide metal primer.\n(f) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gaskets, spacers, nut, bolt refilling with new transformer oil.\nNote :-(i) The servicing of transformer carried out by authorized dealer of manufacturer of transformer.\n(ii) Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured and paid separately.\n(iii) All petty parts including nut, bolts, gaskets, minor welding deemed to be included in the rate quoted.\n(iv) All defective spare parts shall be approved by Board of Officers conveyed by Accepting Officers for replacement.		10	EACH JOB
