Cut and remove the damaged portion/weak areas of the duct / vessel as per instruction, fabricate new pieces from 6 / 8 / 10 mm MS plates, fit up new pieces after proper edge preparation by grinding and full welding the joints to meet the site requirement. Encase the weak portions of the ducts/vessels with additional MS plates of 6 / 8 thick and full welding as per instruction of engineer in charge. MS plate shall be formed and shaped to existing shape / profile and symmetry of the vessels / ducts. Patch work / encasing will have to be carried out at all area and elevations as required. All encased joints is required to be full welded. Necessary patchwork of the area to be encased has to done with SS / MS plates as instructed by engineer in charge.
