Tender for Vertical Autoclave purchase through e-procurement portal- 1) Capacity 152-155 liters only. 2) Chamber size: 750 mm x 550 mm 3) Chamber type: top loading. 4) Complete stainless steel body. 5) Chamber and door plate should be made of stainless steel of minimum grade AISI 316 quality or better. 6) Electric steam generator should be made of stainless steel of minimum grade AISI 304 or better (boiler quality steel) 7) Steam working pressure of 1.2 kg/cm2 or higher, corresponding to working temperature of 121 degrees Celsius. 8) Sterilization temperature: 121 degrees Celsius or higher 9) Autoclave should come with the following mountings and fittings: (i) Should have complete stainless steel basket. (ii) Lock pressure stat (iii) Water cut-off feature (iv) Inside/outside stainless steel lid. (v) Easy to use digitalized temperature display and timer (vi) Radial locking system (vii) Paddle lifting feature (viii) Inbuilt microprocessor. (ix) Built-in safety valve (x) Pressure gauge and pressure release valve (xi) Water level indicating gauge 10) Entire equipment should be quoted with a mandatory warranty of three years from date of installation 11) All parts and accessories should be quoted from a single manufacturer. 12) Should be manufactured as per ISI specifications and also would bear ISI certification Mark IS:3829 (PART-I) and ISO 13485:2003 & CE certified. Documentary proof of the same to be submitted. 13) Vendor should have at least 15 years track record. Documentary proof to be submitted. 14) The vendor should enclose user list of at 30 users of same model installed in Institutes/Universities/ICAR/CSIR/ICMR/other research labs in government-funded institutions, with contact details of all the users listed. 15) Vendor should submit authorized distributor certificate issued by original manufacturer for the quoted item. 16) Bidder should be financially sound to execute the order. Certificate to this effect should be issued by any nationalized/ scheduled bank showing annual turnover of at least 15 Lakhs each in the last three financial years. 17) Vendor should also enclose the original literature/catalogue/company brochure, and fill out a compliance sheet, with the relevant page number and line number of the brochure mentioned against each point of the technical specifications given above. 18) Optionals to be quoted separately: Three years AMC following expiry of three year warranty period
