A.Scope Of Work Covers Supply, Installation, Commissioning Of 3D Level Scanner Type Bunker Raw Coal Level Measurement System For Unit # 8 And Also To Ensure Satisfactory Performance Of The System Commissioned At Rtps Site Which Shall Be On The Basis Of Single Point Responsibility, Completely Covering The Activities And Services In Respect Of All The Equipment &Amp; Works Specified And Covered Under The Specifications B.Handling, Shifting, Unpacking And Erection And Commissioning Of The Entire System Shall Be Under The Scope Of Bidder. C.All Required Consumables, Hardware And Software, Accessories And Any Other Materials Which Are Not Included In The Scope And Required For Successful Installation And Commissioning Of The 3D Type Level Scanners Are In Bidder Scope. D.Installation &Amp; Commissioning Of The Following Works For 06 No. Of Raw Coal Bunkers ( I.E For Coal Bunkers 8A, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E &Amp; 8F ) I.Commissioning Of 3D Level Scanner Type Level Transmitters With Suitable Mounting Accessories, &Amp; Commissioning Of Display Indicator, Isolator, Annunciator, Smps, Terminals, Panel Internal Wiring, Led Bulbs, Door Switch Etc. At The Bunker Level. Ii.Commissioning Of Rs 485 Communication / Other Cables From Bunker Level Transmitters To The Desktop Pc At U#8 Control Room. Iii.Commissioning Of Desktop Pc For 3D Multi Vision For Monitoring Of All The 06 Bunkers At U#8 Control Room. Iv.Loading Of All The Required Software To The Desktop Pc For 3D Multi Vision Images. V.Connecting Of 4-20Ma Output &Amp; 24V Control Cables From Bunker Level Transmitters To The Local Indicator Panels &Amp; To The Existing Dcs System At U#8 Control Room. E.Providing Engineering Drawings, Data, Operation &Amp; Maintenance / Instruction Manuals, As Built Drawings And Other Information Shall Be Provided Before Handing Over Of The Systems And Equipment. F.Warranty: All The Transmitters Including Cabling And Other Equipment Covers Under Supply Portion Shall Cover A Warranty For A Period Of 01 Years From The Date Of Commissioning Or 18 Months From The Date Of Supply. Any Faulty Items / Spares Observed During This Period Shall Be Replaced At Free Of Cost. G. 01 No. Of Bunker Level Measurement System May Be Installed At First Instant And After Confirming The Satisfactory Performance For A Period Of One Month, The Erection And Commissioning Of The Remaining 05 System For Other Bunker Level Measurement May Be Taken Up. H.All The Bunker Level Measurement System Parameter Shall Be Made Available In Sql Database Of Supplied Pc System &Amp; Also Provision Shall Be Made For Future Use In Oracle Based Software / Mobile App &Amp; Also Through Local Area Network. The Bidder Shall Demonstrate The Same.
