Marking of internal feature extraction from satellite Imagery (Colonies/pockets bounded by boundary walls etc within land polygons with name of pockets/colonies to be marked on plans). Preparation of status report of land polygons, reconciliation of GLR and GIS areas, giving detailed recommendations. Providing AutoCAD Maps of A0 size and submitting hard and soft copies of all Maps and reports as per terms and conditions of the RFP for approval of the Board with KML/Shape files compatible to work on Bhuvan and Bharat Maps Software’s etc complete in all respect.\n 10452 Acres
2 2 Bazaar areas \n\nSurveying, physical verification, Geo-referencing & demarcating Bazaar area (civil area) peripheral boundary pillars. Identifying the bearings & distances / Coordinates between the boundary pillars with reference to the GLR Map / Survey of India Map/ Govt Notifications etc. Demarcation of Bazaar area (civil area) peripheral boundary pillars identifying the bearings & distances / Coordinates and Geo-referencing of encroachments. Computation of total areas bounded by boundary pillars and areas under encroachments. Conducting physical survey to mark the existing structures on ground and comparing with the GLR maps and indicating the exact area and nature of encroachments for each polygon/structure. Superimposition of the Satellite Imagery on the GLR maps with verification by ground truthing, wherever required, for accurate GIS Mapping. Preparation of status report of Boundary pillars with coloured photographs, reconciliation of GLR and surveyed/GIS areas, giving detailed recommendations to make good difference between GLR and Surveyed areas. Digitization of Maps, Providing Autocad Maps of A0 size and submitting hard and soft copies of all Maps along with Draft and Final reports as per terms and conditions of the RFP for approval of the Board with KML/Shape files compatible to work on Bhuvan and Bharat Maps Software’s etc.\n \nNote: 60 acres of Civil area is also included in overall survey of Cantt i.e. 10452 acres under item No.1 above. 3 3 Procurement of Satellite imagery\n\nProcurement of the Multispectral image of very high-resolution stereo satellite data of spatial resolution (native resolution of 40 cm or better) of Delhi Cantonment (10452 acres area approx. with buffer of 500 mtr).\n 10452 Acres
4 4.1 Door numbering, Physical survey, attribute listing and mapping, integration with other modules\n\nSurvey, physical verification, designing, implementation of a Unique Smart Geospatial Property Identification/numbering Solution for all Urban Properties /Establishments in Delhi Cantonment, Civilian Populated areas/ Govt Buildings, Govt assets numbering, slums etc. Providing property numbering as per zone/ ward wise requirement of the Board, physical survey of each property and providing all requisite attributes to each property, Meta data collection as per requirement as explained under Clause 18 & 19 of terms and conditions of the RFP, Integration of properties to house Tax, lease, license, conservancy/ water tax modules, electoral lists, revenue data integration and management functional modules for enabled system in the custom made software in such a manner that at the click on the property on GIS software or on search, all the attributes of the property are displayed and reporting can be achieved in various permutations and combinations in dashboard with 2-D pictures of the property/ properties etc with all attributes as required by the board and integration of the data with the GIS map, preparing draft and final status report for approval of the Board. 9 5 Establishing Ground Control Points (GCP) through Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) with accuracy 10 cm or better and to carry out Geo Referencing and Ortho-rectification by creating DEM using stereo satellite data on WGS- 84 datum with UTM projection. Preparation of Base Map (scale 1:1000). digitization of cadastral maps and integration. Extraction of all features like Buildings, Vacant Plots, Roads, Bridges, Railway Tracks, Level crossings, Metro rail network, Historically important places, Parks, Gardens, Stadiums, Slums, Traffic Squares, Street lights, Municipal infrastructural assets, Water Bodies, Strom water Drainage network (with Levels/ gradient at every 100 mtr distance and at every culvert), Telecom infrastructure, Water supply and electrical infrastructure, Airport, Polling Stations/ Jurisdictions etc., with proper symbols to the scale 1:1000. Verification on ground for true reflection of ground situation by way of physical survey. Submitting Draft and Final reports, Base map, (AutoCAD Maps of A0 size) and submitting hard and soft copies of all Maps, reports for approval of the Board complete as per Govt. guidelines issued for AMRUT design and standards. 10452 Acres
10 6 Survey, Verification and preparation of GIS enabled Underground Utility Map fully integrated with Base Map of Delhi Cantonment for all thematic layers covering all entities provided with complete attributes as decided/ required by board using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and other non-destructive techniques etc. Preparation of draft/ final report with 2 D, geo- referenced Maps/ drawings fully compatible to operational requirement of the Board and its integration with GSDL port. 120 Km
11 7 Setting up, testing, commissioning of Web GIS application and Dashboards platform with all layers and data collected and surveyed as per 1-6 above, Independent and Responsive, (should load on all devices viz. laptops, Desktops, TV screens, Mobile, Tablet etc, ios/ android compatible) having ability to add/view any number of data/layers etc. Providing training to officials for its use, maintenance/ updation. 1 Job
