| 2 | 1.1 | Note for item No. 1 :-\n(a) The work will be of continuous nature including Sundays, Holidays or irrespective of Strikes and the contractor must employ reliever tradesman as relief for employees during weekly off / authorised holidays and the rate quoted above shall be deemed to be included this aspect in all respect. The operator will be present in the installation as per shift, should ensure serviceability of the equipments.\n(b). The operator should be above 18 Years and below 60 Years of age. Operator should be in proper uniform with shoes and belts, entry passes etc. The name of operator to be displayed on uniform. The nature of work to be carried out are at restricted areas and all restrictions for entry / exit of the particular areas are to be followed by the operator. The Electric Panels, Pump sets and DG sets shall be operated by one operator per shift and the operator shall remain in generator room while running DG set. If the operator found missing from the work premises, an amount of Rs.500/- per Hour as penalty will be deducted from the amount due to the contractor.\n(c) The operator should be passed with minimum 2 years course training from ITI / NCVT in Electrical / Mechanical/fitter trade and must have 4 years experience in similar field. The operators should ensure the serviceability of the Plants, Machineries or Equipments and should be remain alert for every odd situation. The contractor should ensure full safety and functionability of the assets being maintained by him. Any casualty or injury sustained by the operators during the working hours at the premises of installations shall be sole liability of the contractor. No claim on this account shall be entertained by the Department.\n(d) All Tools & Plants or Transport required for carrying out daily maintenance and necessary stationary & documents (log books, test records etc.) for maintaining the records at each installation will be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.\n(e) The operator should take care of power factor in TOD meter and report immediately to the JE / AGE in case of disturbed pf. In case of negligence, any penalty imposed by the AP State Electricity board for the low pf will be recovered from the Contractor.\n(f) The rate quoted by contractor shall deem to be included for cleaning of the premises of installation including monthly periodical cutting of grass, Vegetation and keeping the installation neat and tidy in all the manners. \n(g) Contractor has to provide the Log sheets and their employees have to maintain the record of pumping and supply water Hourly, water meter reading etc\n(h) Contractor has to provide the Log sheets and their employees have to maintain the same as the details of Pumping time, Gen set Running time duly signed by the AGE & JE at every day\n(j) Contractor has to submit the duty roaster in advance for every month duly singed by Contractor & JE \n(k) Contractor has to provide one mobile Phone with mobile No for receiving & attending emergency Complaints from user side/ concern JE/AGE E/M\n(l) DHPP for operation of DG Sets will be issued by the Department free for filling in DG Sets only. Labour for loading, unloading and collection of fuel (DHPP) from MT will be arranged by the contractor of their own cost. However transport / vehicle for conveyance of fuel will be provided by the Department/Govt. USR, Gate Pass will be issued by the Department only.\n(m)Contractors shall adhered to payment of fair minimum wages as Govt circular issued from time to time including payment of contribution towards ESI & EPF in any case irrespective of quoted rate. | |||
