Fabrication of one number MS bendof required angle as peralignment of suction pipelinefrom 300 mm diameter MS Pipe with welding of 300 mm diameter MS plate flanges on both ends of bend.Providing and fitting of rubber gaskets between each MS flange joint. Fastening of each length of suction pipe with hexagonal nutsand M20 hexagonal bolts conforming to ISO 4017. The job includes excavation of earth outside the lift irrigation station for lying of pipeline and refilling of earth after laying of pipeline. \n Designing and fabrication of saddle to support 300 mm diameter suction pipe from lift irrigation station to intake point by using angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm under the pipe for support. Total length of angle iron required will be 200 ft. The saddle structure must be properly welded and grouted to support the weight of suction pipeline and vibrations. \n Providing and fitting of new 300 mm diameter foot valve conforming to IS: 4038 on the suction end of the pumping unit no 1. Job includes providing of new nuts and bolts with rubber gasket. \n Dismantling of delivery pipeline by way of cutting the rusted nuts and bolts with gas cutting. Removing of damaged portion of delivery pipeline and providing, fitting of 250 mm diameter pipeline 5 ft in length with MS plate flanges on both ends. Fastening and laying of delivery with nuts, bolts and rubber sheet between the flanges. Replacement of 250 mm diameter, flanged ends cast iron sluice valve with PN 1.6 and 250 mm diameter flanged cast iron non return valve on delivery side of the pumping unit with rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts. \n Compete job includes cost of material, carriage charges, crane charges, welding charges, skilled and unskilled labour charges, civil work and excavation charges.\n | 1 | Job | |
